Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
My stay at the hotel was a mixed bag. The rooms were clean and well-equipped with a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker, but facing a masonry wall wasn't the most pleasant. The Tiki Bar by the pool was a highlight for drinks, creating a very pleasant atmosphere.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but the bathrooms could use some updating. The central courtyard with a swimming pool and bar was convenient for the event I attended, although there was a strange smell in the room. The service was mostly friendly and accommodating, with the shuttle service being a great stress-reliever. However, some staff members like the bartenders at the tiki bar were not as welcoming. The location was nice, especially for walking to nearby shops and dinner spots, but the 1950s design of the outside walkways felt a bit outdated. The dining options were average, with an okay breakfast selection and standard hotel fare prices. The facilities were decent but could use some improvement. Overall, a decent stay with room for enhancement.
The hotel room was mediocre at best and not plush but had all the extras. I encountered a smell issue and the front desk was rude. Additionally, the price changed after arrival due to an unexpected 'resort fee' for each night's stay.
The hotel rooms face a clean pool in an interior courtyard setting and are recently renovated, equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, flat-screen TV, and WiFi. The service is extremely friendly, though some staff members were rude and unhelpful. The location is convenient, close to dining options, a shopping mall, and major retailers, but off a busy highway. The dining experience offers a variety of breakfast options between 6-9 am. The hotel facilities are well-maintained.
Upon arrival, I found the rooms to be immaculate, exuding a cozy 'bungalow feel. ' They had all the essentials like a chair, stool, desk, TV, fridge, and a nice closet space. The bathroom was spotless, with plenty of hot water and towels. The location is ideal for exploring the area, offering easy access to the water taxi stop and a variety of dining options. However, the service was lacking as the staff appeared disheveled and unkempt. The dining experience exceeded expectations with a wide array of breakfast options, including delicious waffles. The facilities were well-maintained and convenient for guests.
I had a great time at the hotel. The location was perfect for easy access to restaurants and shopping, and the staff was very kind and caring. The rooms were spotless and just the right size, though the outdoor areas needed some upkeep. The dining experience was delightful, and the facilities were top-notch.
Despite setting the temperature as low as 60 degreesF, the rooms are reasonable enough that it is still one of the best deals around. The hotel needs an update, and there was cold water all the time we stayed. However, the location allowed us to be close enough to travel back and forth with no problems, but far enough away for some relaxation. The dining area, compared to what you get in other hotels, is available but a little small and busy.
My stay at the hotel was lovely. The room, with its cute Retro Polka-dot inner curtain, was ready and clean when I arrived, offering plenty of hot water and towels. It was priced at $80 a night and conveniently close to Wilton Manors, where I was visiting for Halloween. The hotel's location was relaxing and unique, with a great bar and lounge and close proximity to various attractions like Wilton Manor, Downtown Fort Lauderdale, and the beach area.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were very clean and had a very comfortable modern bed. The staff were both very friendly, which enhanced the overall experience. The location was very good, with easy access to the water taxi and nearby shopping and food spots. The dining experience was reasonable with a variety of breakfast options. The facilities were well-equipped and maintained.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything needed for a convenient stay. The staff was incredibly nice and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The location was superb, close to the beach and surrounded by great dining and shopping options. Although there were some issues with the dining experience and service, overall, it was a delightful stay.
I stayed at the Best Western Plus Oakland Park Inn for 5 nights with 2 roommates, and we found the rooms to be clean, though not overly large, equipped with sanitized remotes for the TV, and had convenient amenities like a coffeemaker, fridge, and microwave. The late check-in at 4:00 pm was a bit inconvenient, but overall, it was a comfortable stay.
I was left with all that the room came with, next to the elevators on the ground floor. The rooms are accessed from open outside walkways, overlooking a very nice pool area with plenty of lounge chairs and cabana setups with tables and chairs. The rooms were clean, featured two double beds, small pillows, a microwave, a minifridge, and a safe.
The hotel offers rooms at a great price of $79 a night. While they may be a bit outdated, they are very comfortable and clean. I found a used condom and dress left in the open closet area which was concerning. However, the room had 2 double beds, a microwave/fridge, coffeemaker, hairdryer, tub, and lots of electric plugs, making it convenient.
I was pleasantly surprised by the room at this hotel. The heart shape tub was a charming touch, and the room itself was large, very clean, and had a super comfortable modern bed. However, the additional resort fee for each night's stay that I wasn't informed of beforehand was a bit of a letdown.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The location was convenient, close to the airport and a movie theater, but the neighborhood seemed to be changing. The staff was nice, and the service was good despite not having a manager on site. The dining experience was just okay, with breakfast meeting my expectations. The facilities were decent, though there was room for improvement.
